LITERARY BOOK DISCUSSION AND TRAINING

Please join us Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at 2:00 pm for a discussion of Ruth Ozeki's
A Tale for the Time Being, a multi-layered and provocative coming-of-age story featuring two extraordinary women, each dealing with the trials of growing up, growing old and growing wise.

Debbie Walsh will facilitate the discussion at:
Geneva Public Library
127 James Street, Geneva

Discussion will be followed by a nuts and bolts open session sharing the triumphs and foibles
of our own book discussions, with particular attention paid to finding practical solutions to the
problems and concerns of book discussion leaders.

The meeting will conclude by 4:00 pm.

Please arrange to borrow a copy of the book for your use, and RSVP dwalsh@gpld.org so that
adequate room arrangements may be made.
